The development, documentation and production of precision type special tools – particularly for cable production technology – is a great challenge. In addition to the increasingly rapid advances in technological development, demands in quality and precision in even the smallest parts are increasing. Since 1993 we have been implementing problem solutions at the design but also at the production-technical level with growing success. In this context, close co-operation with our customers is just as important as a high degree of flexibility and expertise. Thus we can now provide a unique selection of approved tools for the automotive industry; this range is constantly being extended and optimised.
							However we have also positioned ourselves right at the top of the market in prototype development and setting up small-scale production and precision special parts (e.g. in pattern making) due to our high-quality work. Production-optimised, three-dimensional designs are created according to customer‘s wishes in our own development department. All the parts we develop and produce can also be supplied together with a measurement report. We work with the CAD/CAM systems „Solid Edge“ and „Master Cam“. Import filters for all the usual interfaces from the CAD/CAM range are available. We use the „Odette“ data remote transfer system.
