Prototype parts

Components of great complexity can be manufactured using selective laser sintering. This process is particularly suitable for the production of concept and design samples, function prototypes and small-scale production runs made of metal or plastic. Thermoplastics, sands and metals can be worked. Only photopolymers can be worked in the case of stereolithography. The layer structure is effected according to 3D-CAD data. Prototypes can be CNC-milled or constructed manually according to drawing. The workpieces can be coloured as required and can have individual end finishes. Above all however, the parts are available quickly and small runs from one piece are possible.
